  • What makes TUA so different than other clothing brands?
    Tag'd Up Apparel (TUA) is one of the only clothing brands that bring fashion and technology together by utilizing traditional clothing items and our patent pending "S-Tags". Our S-Tags can be worn on any of our foundation products (See "What is a Foundation Product?" FAQ for additional details).   • What is a Foundation Product?
    Foundation Products are the apparel items that hold your S-Tag. We have tops, hats and accessories as foundation products. Because your S-Tag is interchangeable, it can be worn on multiple foundation products. All items purchased will come with a standard S-Tag for wear. Should you choose to purchase additional S-Tags, you may shop in our store to make your selection.
  • How do your products work?
    Our products are to be worn like regular apparel lines EXCEPT our S-Tags are designed to be worn on most of our products. Our S-Tags are modified dog tags that snap on to our foundation products. (See our video attached). All foundation product purchases will come with our Standard S-Tag (either black or white) which links to our TUA website. All other tags should be purchased separately. (Visit our S-Tag Collection for options). Our S-Tags work on ALL foundation products and are interchangeable. The best part of our product is the technology aspect. Our S-Tags and some apparel designs can be scanned using our Scan Tag Reader that you can download for FREE from the Google Play or Apple App Store. Once the Scan tag reader is downloaded, point it at your favorite tag, and it will link you to a specific website. The specific website can change frequently, so make sure you're scanning your tag often!
  • What is the "Scan Tag" Feature?
    Our Patent Pending "Scan Tag" Feature allows you to use the TUA App to scan your S-Tag with a mobile phone camera and see where it leads you. This technology is so innovative and new to the fashion world, that we are exploring other options on how we can utilize it! Each tag will have a different destination and the final destination can change frequently. Check out your tag! Check out your friend's tags! Buy new tags and keep scanning them daily! You'll never know where you might end up.
  • What recommendations do you make for product care?
    Yes! There are several recommendations to make your TUA product last longer. - Make sure you remove all S-Tags from your clothing prior to washing, drying, ironing, regular cleaning, etc. The S-Tags are made from aluminum and can be harmful if not removed prior. If you have any doubt for product care, reach out to our customer service line. - Make sure you wait at least 24 hours after arrival of your product before washing. The vinyl used may peel off if you wash your product prematurely. - Your S-Tag should be pretty durable while you own it, however, if it should start to fade due to regular wear and tear, you may be eligible for a FREE replacement*. (Conditions Apply. Please contact our customer service for additional information and eligibility requirements.)
  • The products I purchased were not up to the quality I was expecting. What should I do?
    At TUA, our customer's satisfaction is at the top of our priority list. We want you completely satisfied with your purchase. Visit our "Exchanges and Returns" FAQs for details on how to begin the process. You have up to 90 days to return or exchange your purchase. You can process a return / exchange online or call our customer service for assistance.
  • How do I place an order?
    Currently, you can place an order online through our e-commerce store. You can select your color, size and product of choice. You can pay for your order and set up delivery right from the comfort of your own couch. Orders are processed within 48 hours unless otherwise specified. If you need any assistance, you can contact our sales department via phone, chat or email.
  • How soon will I receive my order?
    Most orders will be processed and shipped within 48 to 72 hours unless otherwise specified. Shipping times will vary based on your location, your shipment method of choice and the selected speed. You can make your delivery choices at checkout. Free shipping is available on all order over $75.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes! Take advantage of our free standard shipping for all orders over $75 (excluding taxes, delivery, etc.) Free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout - no need to do anything additional! However, if you choose an option other than standard shipping, you may be required to pay the difference. If you have additional questions, please reach out to customer service.
  • How can I exchange my product?
    All verified purchases can be exchanged for another product in the TUA online store as long as they meet the following criteria: - Have proof of purchase (that can be verified) - Unworn and in new condition - Clean and with original packaging Exchanged items will be reimbursed for shipping charges, however, returns may be subject to shipping fees. Please allow the following timeline for exchanges: - 3 to 5 business days from the date of exchange for the item to be received, - 24 hours for the exchange to be processed, - Up to 48 hours for the exchanged product to be shipped to you - 3 to 5 business days for shipping This timeline may change depending on various factors and TUA will not be held responsible for delays outside of our control. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact customer service.
  • How can I return a product?
    We're sorry your TUA product did not meet your needs! Items must include the following for a successful return process: - Verifiable Proof of Purchase - Item must be in new, undamaged and unworn condition. - Item should include original packaging / tags (even if removed from clothing) In the event you need to process a refund, please complete the following steps: - Call our customer service department to begin the refund process. **Please note: Custom products are NOT eligible for return, only exchange ** - Once the refund process has begun, a shipping package will be sent to you directly. **You may be responsible for shipping fees on your processed return. ** - Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your return to be processed. It may take up to 14 days to receive full credit from your bank and/or financial institution. If transaction was conducted via cash, a check will be issued. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive.
  • I would like to make a custom product! How can I do that?
    Custom products may be available for and we welcome custom orders. If you would like a custom product, please contact our customer service directly for additional details and requirement. Please consider the following for custom products: - Your image / design should be free of any trademarked or copyrighted images. All designs should be original in nature and the customer assumes all liability for any infringement. - The set up fee for each new design is $25. That fee may be waived with an order of 25+ of any single item. Please contact our customer service for additional details. - You are required to purchase a subscription service for your design. All TUA designs should have the ability to be scanned via our free "Scan Tag" App. Subscription services start at $10/month for individuals and $50/month for businesses.
